Lottery is offering a variety of tools to help you manage your group play activities. Such tools
include: printable blank jackpot alert signs, winning numbers forms and forms to help you keep track of:
- who played
- for how much
- on which date

the water cooler, break room, or anywhere members of your Office Pool Group visit.

To participate in an office pool, you must be at least 21 years of age. Multiple ownership prizes will be
paid in accordance with Arizona State Lottery Regulations and policies and procedures related to the payment
of prizes to more than one winner. To claim a prize as a group, all members of the group must complete and
sign a
Winner's Claim Form (pdf 111kb). Also, the
Arizona State Lottery is not responsible or liable for unauthorized or unlawful group or pool play.
